Job Description

• Establishing and implementing, with Director and VP, business planning goals for advanced planning and scheduling of factories and sub‑contractors utilizing the company’s backlog, inventory, and sales and operations forecast.
• Manage the ATP process for scheduling the company’s backlog, maintaining a 95% delivery performance to first commit and 85% to CRD.
• Coordinate current quarter +1 revenue status with the Business Units, utilizing the company’s reporting tools and ERP planning and shipping systems.
• Master schedule capacity issues or allocation of Microchip factories or technologies.
• Develop and enhance relevant relationships on behalf of the corporation with factories, business units, sales, finance, and management.
