Coordinate Procurement, Production Scheduling and Customer Service
- Ensure that the production program is correctly scheduled, optimizing finished product inventory and manufacturing costs.
- Conduct production planning and scheduling activities, ensuring efficient planning and optimizing resource utilization.
- Coordinate sales and operations plan updates with the customer service manager.
Effectively manage variations confirmed by customer service or due to manufacturing restrictions and confirm or agree on a new production plan, involving production and customer service.
- Ensure that the agreed plans and parameters are correctly configured in SAP, for both work-in-process and finished product.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate the 16-week production plan.
Upload the production plan to SAP prior to running MRP.
Monitor and manage finished product inventory levels.
