Material Controller-Chennai (Walk-In 9th & 10th May 2026)

Responsible for controlling the flow of materials received from clients and Company Suppliers and delivering them to the construction team according to Company policies and procedures.

• Receive, inspect, and store materials, and deliver them to applicable personnel on the project according to the project schedule, coordinating with Quality Control and Procurement Departments.
• Ensure the availability of a minimum stock of regular materials.
• Ensure the consistent supply of materials to construction.
• Maintain inventory at minimum levels to reduce storage costs.
• Handle receiving stock of repeated materials as per norms.
• Conduct material accounting, project asset preservation, and storage practices.
• Maintain perpetual inventory and perform annual stock taking.
• Manage annual material handling system and propose write‑offs for excess or obsolete items.
