**Material Controls Associate | 1st Shift | Clean, Team-Oriented Environment**

**What You’ll Do**
+ Manage **inventory, shipping & receiving** of raw and finished materials
+ Support **production flow** through kitting and Kanban systems
+ Perform **cycle counts, stocking, and discrepancy resolution**
+ Work cross-functionally with **buyers, planners, and production teams**
**Key Qualifications**
+ 1–2 years of **inventory, shipping/receiving, or material control experience** (medical manufacturing preferred)
+ Strong **attention to detail and data accuracy**
+ Basic **computer skills (Microsoft Office)**
+ Ability to lift **up to 40 lbs** and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
