**Pay Rate:** **$18–$21 per hour**
**Shift:** **1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 12-hour rotating shift (2-2-3 schedule), 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on (alternating weekly), Includes weekend rotation, Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts based on production needs**
