Opportunity Description
- Ensure the accurate and timely movement of air freight to- and from specific locations within the service standards agreed with the Customer in compliance to country’s requirement.
- Handle all Customer / Vendor facing communication and shipment related internal communication between/with DSV stakeholders
- Provide Customers with proactive exception management in case of service quality deviations including follow-up and problem resolution
- Generate Invoice and verify cost accrual are for all shipment related charges within KPI timeline.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects related to business process improvement (Internal and External).
- Perform value-added task within the scope of the function to meet customer requirements and changes made in the operations process.
- Ensure all customs permit declaration are in compliance with Singapore Customs Regulations and Procedures.
- Create and manage air export documentation
