Material Inspector (Roads and Infrastructure)

• Inspect and verify all construction materials delivered to site to ensure compliance with RTA specifications, approved material submittals, and contract requirements.

• Check material source approvals, delivery notes, batch certificates, and test reports prior to acceptance and use at site.

• Carry out sampling and witnessing of laboratory and field tests for soil, aggregates, concrete, asphalt, steel, and other civil materials as per approved ITPs.

• Ensure materials used for roadworks, bridges, culverts, drainage, and utility works conform to approved specifications and drawings.

• Monitor storage, handling, and protection of materials to prevent contamination, segregation, or damage.

• Verify compliance with RTA-approved suppliers, manufacturers, and testing laboratories.
