Materials Expeditor

Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a junior‑level NPI Materials Expeditor to support New Product Introduction programs during development and early production. This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role that blends administrative support, reporting, and materials coordination. You’ll work closely with experienced supply chain and program leads, helping keep programs organized, on track, and moving forward.
What You'll Do:
-Place and manage Purchase Orders (POs) under the direction of program and supply chain leads
-Run reports and perform basic analysis to support material readiness and program tracking
-Support NPI programs by maintaining trackers, documentation, and schedules
-Shadow and support a lead on assigned programs, taking direction and assisting with day‑to‑day execution
Track and manage:
- PO status
- Document dates and program milestones
