**Position Overview**

You will serve as a key leader within the Materials organization, partnering with the Materials Manager to ensure people, processes, and priorities are aligned to support customer service, material flow, and inventory accuracy at the Polaris site. You will provide day to day supervision and leadership across salaried and hourly teams within a multi shift operation, including oversight of third party receiving and warehouse activities.
