Mathematics Teacher (Secondary / Pre-University Levels)

You will report to the Head of Department (Mathematics) and your duties will include:

• Prepare Mathematics lessons and Scheme of Work according to required syllabuses.
• Conduct learning activities in the classroom.
• Teach Mathematics to diverse student population with varying abilities and backgrounds.
• Set and vet examination papers.
• Invigilate tests and examinations.
• Mark assignments and examination scripts
• Assess and record students’ progress according to department and school policies.
• Organize relevant events, competitions, activities when needed.
• Provide pastoral care and manage students’ discipline; performing all aspects of Care Teacher duties if assigned.
• Complete all administrative duties related to teaching Mathematics.
• Maintain good communication with students, parents, and colleagues.
