MATURE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - RUSTENBURG

Description:

RedCat Recruitment is on the hunt for an experienced MATURE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT to join their team. Position based in Rustenburg, North West Province.

REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12.

Valid driver’s license / own reliable vehicle.

Own reliable laptop.

Previous recruitment training or similar an added advantage.

Very strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). An expert on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc).

Home language must be English (person must have excellent written and verbal communications skills in the English language).

Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant and / or sales experience is ESSENTIAL. Person must be able to “hit the ground running”.

Manage new and existing clients.

Reach monthly targets.

Daily cold calling (person must love telemarketing)!

Placing adverts.

Interviewing candidates.

Completing reference checks.
