**The responsibilities for MDS Coordinator at Morton Plant Rehab include:**

+ Responsible for expertly managing the completion and submission of the RAI/MDS and the Comprehensive Care Plan development for the facility in accordance with specified timeframes and regulatory requirements.
+ Serves as facility Resident Assessment Coordinator (RAC) and regulatory expert.
