Description Summary

Support the delivery of communications and marketing activity across Body Corporate and End User pathways.Coordinate the preparation, issue and tracking of approved communication materials, notices, flyers, emails, SMS, posters, briefing packs and related collateral.Maintain communication and collateral registers, content libraries, version control and distribution records.Assist with the execution of resident communication campaign and related readiness activity.Support Body Corporate-facing communications including meeting packs, stakeholder notices, committee materials and briefing documents.Support resident-facing communications including awareness notices, letterbox drops, lobby posters, SMS and email activity, QR-enabled notices and completion communications.Coordinate communication release timing with MDU Engagement Managers, survey, design, delivery and scheduling teams.Ensure all communications issued use current approved templates and m...
