工作职责

1.电镀药水日常管理
2.电镀参数测试、研究
3.电镀生产/工艺/品质问题需要试板实验，总结
4.新工艺,新技术，新材料，新设备研发，最终导入批量型号生产
5.品质或其他工序异常问题预防，原因分析，改善
6.电镀系统做法维护及更新

任职要求

1.本科及以上，理工科化工或材料专业，英语水平CET-4及以上
2.具备2年PCB相关行业电镀工序或电镀药水/设备相关经验
3.有脉冲电镀或高AR产品经验、HDI产品制作经验者优先
