Rate: £35–£40 per hour (10‑hour day)

These are 40+ week contracts with an immediate requirement for a strong, process-driven project lead.You will manage and deliver one of the following

A £4m MEP Hotel Project – Warwick

A £4m MEP Luxury Assisted Living Development – Worcester

A Major Logistics Distribution Centre – Corby

This role will be predominantly site-based, with expectations to attend the Tipton head office once a week during the pre-construction phase. Key Requirements
