MEA Energy & Oil & Gas Business Development Lead

Novargi Group is looking for a Business Development Manager to join its Dubai office. This role will lead Novargi's business development strategy across the Middle East, focusing on identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic relationships with key clients.

Ideal candidates will have 12-15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector, strong commercial acumen, and excellent negotiation skills. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required, and a Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
