Job Description
- Improve measurement methods to achieve accuracy and reduce inspection time. - Co-check how to measure work pieces with suppliers/customers together with QA. - Prepare and improve the CF jig to increase the efficiency of inspecting the workpiece. - Prepare a measurement system analysis plan (MSA Plan).
- Prepare measurement system analysis (MSA)
- Summary of weekly follow-up results
- Check the CF Jig, Part Master according to the Verify plan
- Support measurement work, Full Layout/Special Request
- Participate in supporting the IATF 16949 Audit.
- Participate in supporting the ISO 14001 Audit
- Participate in activities 6 S.
- Perform a risk/opportunity analysis of the process (Turtle Chart) accurately and completely.
