- Processing of raw and cooked meat including cutting, trimming, stuffing, weighing, marinating, cooking, processing and packing of lamb, pork, beef and poultry.
- Ensuring a sanitary work environment.
- Work in accordance with HACCP plan documentation, SFA guidelines and ISO regulations.
- Operate processing machinery such as grinder, chopper, slicer, meat saw and stuffer.
