Full-time Positions
We are located at 1702 South Highway 130, Saratoga WY
Hours are 7-4 & 8-5 weekdays and 1 day a week is a Saturday. Overtime may be needed at times.
Pay based on experience- $16-$25/hr. Meat cutting experience or other food-related experience required. Relocation stipend could be available for the right candidate.
Job Duties Include
- Breaking down large cuts of meat as well as larger sections for steak, grounds, roasts etc.
- Weighing out accurate final portions
- Understanding of different cuts of meat and how to prepare them
- Ensuring the meat is fresh, properly stored and handled according to food safety standards
- Packaging products for sale
- Using equipment such as slicers, scales, knives and grinders
- Curing meat and making sausages
- Fulfilling custom orders, such as cutting meat to customer specifications
