Responsibilities- Define the output needed from the job.
- Determine 6-8 crucial responsibilities and their performance signs.
- Execute designated jobs according to the requirements and time standards.
- Provide high quality craftsmanship for the customer's complete satisfaction to prevent repetitive jobs.
- Conduct quality checks as and when necessary.
- Raise request for auxiliary parts and labor approval.
- Ensure use of safety equipment/gear and adhere to all safety and ecological conservation procedures.
- Ensure cleanliness of the workshop, tools and the customer’s vehicle.
- Inform the Workshop foreman/supervisor and initiate an occurrence report for any incident occurred during the operation.
- Plan and organize jobs on a priority basis when taking care of multiple responsibilities.
