Motor Alignment Tech
Temp to Hire
1st shift: 4/10 shifts starting at 6am, ending at 4:30pm; with a 30-minute lunch and 2 breaks (morning and afternoon)
$29.00/hr
Responsibilities/Job Duties:
- Select and verify correct motor for job to PID.
- Mount, align and mark motor for mounting to motor bed.
- Drill mounting holes for motor.
- Use laser alignment system for shaft-to-shaft alignment.
- Use of roto chocks or shims as necessary for each job to achieve factory tolerance.
- Report any issues to the supervisor on duty.
- Maintain a clean workstation and production floor.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
