About the Project

Hogs Haven Golf Club, located in Scotland, is developing a new golf course adjacent to the Home of Golf. The project is in phase 1 grow‑in and phase 2 construction, with the course slated to open for play in Spring 2027.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Equipment Manager, the Mechanic will support all aspects of equipment maintenance throughout construction, grow‑in and long‑term operation of the club’s golf courses and grounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe working environment and follow safety guidance from the Equipment Manager.
• Inspect equipment for operating deficiencies and perform repairs and adjustments as needed.
• Operate grinding, sharpening and other maintenance operations to keep cutting units sharp daily.
• Ensure safe and environmentally sound storage, disposal and handling of hazardous materials such as fuel, grease and solvents.
