Opportunity Description
**Mechanical Assembler (2nd shift)**
**- Location:** **Kalamazoo, MI 49001**
**- Work Schedule:** **Mon to Fri / 2nd Shift: 3 pm -11 pm**
**- Pay rate:** **17$ per hour**
**- Contract:** **W2 under staffing supplier; with a 3-month duration (possible extension according to performance)**
**Role Overview**
The primary focus of this position is to **construct, assemble, or rebuild equipment** while operating basic machinery and following established operational processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ **Operations & Assembly:** Run basic equipment, execute routine tasks, and support equipment maintenance and repairs.
+ **Compliance & Safety:** Adhere to strict health, safety, environmental, and quality standards, following all internal and external regulatory codes.
+ **Communication:** Maintain courteous and effective information sharing with team members.
