Mechanical Assembler - Mon - Thurs + Fri OT

**Job Overview**

We are looking for an experienced assembler to perform mechanical assembly of parts and subassemblies in a modern manufacturing environment. This role involves reading blueprints, troubleshooting issues, and helping improve production processes while working closely with engineering and production teams.

**What You’ll Do**

+ Assemble mechanical parts and subassemblies using hand and power tools
+ Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
+ Troubleshoot and fix assembly issues as they come up
+ Perform quality checks and testing on finished products
+ Help train and support junior assemblers
+ Work with engineering and production teams to solve problems
+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment
+ Meet daily production goals and deadlines
