Mechanical Commissioning Engineer

An industry leading multi-disciplinary team is looking for a Senior Mechanical Commissioning Engineer for their Cleveland team! Responsibilities: Project/client management Prepare project documentation including proposals and administering project contracts Supervise staff or perform the following: Develop/execute a project specific commissioning plan (design review, system installation verification, and functional testing) Develop spreadsheet analyses/written reports Perform field assessments and on-site commissioning activities Perform functional testing of building systems (MEP/control systems) Complete USGBC LEED commissioning tasks/credit completion Use energy simulation software to perform building energy/resource use analysis Ensure QA/QC standards are met by reviewing work prepared by others Perform working planning/management of the commissioning process to the available hours in the work plan Attend meetings with clients, authorities having jurisdiction, and other professiona...
