**Detailed Description**

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

+ 3D model creation and production drafting for new product design of industrial machinery
+ Work with the customer to refine production specifications and execute their product vision
+ Consult with Manufacturing to resolve issues and improve product manufacturability
+ Update documents of existing designs to resolve issues such as EOL components, manufacturability issues and customer requests
+ Mentor technicians and junior engineers to develop their skill sets
