Job Responsibilities

  • Design, analysis and development of parts & assemblies for Capital equipment/Semiconductor Systems (WFE) and its configuration. Develop concept to detailed design and execute Projects in Mechanical Structures, Thermal & Fluid delivery systems focused on Engineering design optimization for Cost.
  • Identification of material cost reduction opportunity by BOM Analysis or Product and CAD Tear down; reporting out with Cost driver and functional analysis. 
  • End to End Project responsibilities exceeding cost targets while executing different phases of VAVE from project opportunity creation to Engineering execution, and completion with BOM cut-in
  • Work closely with CFTs and suppliers to evaluate design or manufacturing constraints upfront in engineering development. Develop engineering proposals with alternate cost-effective solutions in the areas of design modularity, alternate manufacturing processes or...
