What can I expect from this role?
Posha is one of the rare robotics startups building production-grade consumer robots , with hundreds of units deployed in real homes.
This role involves working on mating of interior structure and exterior panels of the product that define its aesthetics.
What will my work responsibilities look like if I join Posha?
Own body fit and finish — panel gaps, flushness, shut lines, silhouette continuity across the assembled product
Evaluate current designs, understand existing production issues and lead the redesign needed to fix it.
