Mechanical Engineer (Design)

Job Summary We are looking for a hands-on
Mechanical Engineer
to join our project team. Unlike a pure design role, you will oversee the installation, coordination, and quality control of Mechanical systems (ACMV, Fire Protection, and P&S). Key Responsibilities Site Supervision:
Assist the Project Manager in overseeing all mechanical-related installation activities on-site to ensure they meet project timelines.
Technical Analysis:
Perform material quantity take-offs and develop accurate Bills of Materials (BOM). Assist the procurement team in technical evaluations of mechanical equipment.
System Management:
Manage and monitor the progress of
ACMV, Fire Protection, and Plumbing & Sanitary (P&S)
works.
Coordination & Clashes:
Review construction drawings to identify discrepancies or inconsistencies. Coordinate with the Structural and Architectural teams to ensure mechanical services do not clash with other elements.
