Job Description
- Plan and supervise the maintenance team in the execution of assigned plant maintenance activities within schedule and cost, in compliance with regulatory and company standards and requirements, in particular company’s safety standards, as well as to develop staff capabilities using appropriate capability interventions and on‑the‑job training
- Support the Power Plant to meet the contractual, technical and commercial set‑up and operation
- Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance carried out for all plant equipment and plant utilities
- Perform frontline troubleshooting on plant equipment defects and failures to maintain high availability
- Provide necessary guidance and advice to maintenance staff or external contractors to execute the maintenance work in a good engineering manner
- Plan daily maintenance manpower allocation
