Mechanical Engineer — Precision Semiconductor Equipment

CyberOptics (Singapore) Private Limited is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design and create drawings for mechanical parts used in semiconductor and surface mount inspection equipment. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in mechanism design, intermediate to expert knowledge in PTC Creo, Windchill, and SAP, as well as experience with GD&T drawing standards.

The role requires strong communication skills in English and Mandarin, demonstrating a positive attitude while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include assembling and testing hardware, fine-tuning specifications, and conducting design reviews.
