Mechanical Engineer (Turbine)

To organize, lead, and execute preventive & corrective maintenance, as well as participate in major upgrading work on gas turbines/steam turbines and associated auxiliaries to fulfil regulatory, insurance, statutory, safety & health, and production requirements.

Your role:

• Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance, fault investigation, and rectification of gas/steam turbines and associated auxiliaries.
• Plan and execute plant outages, including manpower allocation, scheduling, and coordination with relevant sections.
• Lead and mentor technical officers in overhaul activities to minimise outage duration.
• Coordinate recommissioning of equipment post-maintenance and ensure proper system integration.
• Establish and review maintenance and overhaul programmes to ensure reliability and optimal performance.
• Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive measures.
Full-time transportation-and-material-moving
