Mechanical Engineering Technician

Engineering Techs are a core component of the development team serving as the mechanical technical support in development and while working to deliver best in class products. Mechanical Engineering Technicians work closely with Mechanical Engineers, Quality Engineers, System Engineers, and Program Managers to ensure Wilcox stays on the leading edge of technology and innovation while delivering a product that our customer can trust his/her life with.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

+ Assist in the assembly of test fixtures and engineering prototypes during engineering development projects.

+ Perform troubleshooting tasks on new and existing mechanical, electrical and optical assemblies.

+ Perform simple engineering calculations and prepare basic engineering documentation.
