Mechanical Fitter
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000. Benefits: 25 days holiday, private pension scheme, death in service cover, national & international travel opportunities.
Location: Doncaster. Hours: 40 per week | Mon-Thu 08:00-17:00, Fri 08:00-14:00.
We're on the hunt for a hands‑on Mechanical Fitter to join a busy engineering team, working on high‑quality machinery. This role mixes workshop work with on‑site installation and commissioning, including travel.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Mechanical assembly and build of general machinery
- Pneumatic panel and machine assembly
- Small fabrication tasks – welding, burning, drilling
- Machine testing and troubleshooting
- Installation and commissioning on‑site (national & international travel approximately 6 weeks per year)
