About the role

Reporting to the Compliance Manager you will lead on the operational delivery of the domestic mechanical heating service across our housing assets. The Compliance Team oversees the management and maintenance of key compliance areas of gas, electrical, asbestos, fire, lifts, and water hygiene, as well as playing a pivotal role in the management of damp and mould.
