Mechanical NPI Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a Mechanical New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer who is passionate about driving products from concept to high volume manufacturing. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Engineering, Platform Design, Contract Manufacturing (CM) partners, and cross functional teams to ensure successful product launches. You will also design and develop tooling, test fixtures, and jigs to support scalable, high volume production.

Who You’ll Work With
As a Mechanical NPI Engineer, you will partner with Hardware, Mechanical, and Thermal Engineering leaders to advance product development, manufacturing readiness, and supplier strategy for high performance networking equipment.
