Mechanical Technician (Level 2)

<b>Job Description:</b><p><p>Position Purpose: Provide technical support to national accounts, distributors and end users. Provide hands-on technical solutions that fulfill the clients requirements. As a Service Technician 2, you are responsible for maintenance and repairs on various electromechanical packaging and dispensing equipment. You will have ownership of all customer problems and/or incidents until the situation has been resolved to the customers satisfaction and/or in compliance with agreed upon Service Agreements.</p><p>This position is required to be knowledgeable with our products, features, functionalities, capabilities, and distribution channels and be capable of effectively communicating our values to our customers.* Perform on-site installations, repairs, maintenance, service tasks and conduct product demonstrations when required.
