Location: The Woodlands, Texas (Onsite)

Role Overview

This position supports and sustains enterprise-level media production and content distribution platforms. The role focuses on troubleshooting live and on-demand broadcast environments, maintaining system uptime, and supporting tier-2 escalations across SDI, IP, and cloud-based media systems. This role is at the crossroads of hardware and software-based technology, focusing on the sustainability of existing technology within a tiered sustainment model, resolving complex issues, and performing system integration and documentation.
