Opportunity Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Medical Advisor - International Assistance to join our Assistance Team. In this role, you will facilitate professional, high-standard international assistance services for international travelers and expatriates worldwide, supporting International SOS (Intl.SOS) clients across the globe.
As a key member of the team, you will apply your clinical expertise and professional knowledge to deliver timely, effective, and appropriate solutions to our members, ensuring excellence in service delivery in a fast‑paced, international environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. CASE COORDINATION (ASSISTANCE)
- Manage incoming requests from global locations, assessing client needs and coordinating appropriate assistance.
- Arrange support through a network of approved international service providers.
- Gather and consolidate information from multiple sources, providing clear and timely updates to clients.
