Opportunity Description
As a Medical Allied CSR, you’ll serve as the bridge between healthcare providers, payers, and patients. You’ll handle inquiries, process authorizations, and ensure timely coordination of medical services in a fast-paced BPO environment.
- Graduate of any Medical Allied course (e.g., Pharmacy, MedTech, Physical Therapy, Nutrition, Psychology, Radiologic Technology).
- Experience in direct patient care, case management, or healthcare BPO is a plus.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Familiarity with healthcare terminology and insurance processes.
- Willingness to work night shifts or rotating schedules.
Candidates with only BPO healthcare experience—handling member calls for a year or more in direct patient care—will also be considered.
