UPMC Pain Management is actively recruiting for a Medical Assistant to join our Falk Medical team. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to partner with Dr. Elizabeth Leimer and Dr. Danielle Zheng in their efforts to provide multimodal pain care to the Central Oakland patient population.
+ Monday-Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm
Responsibilities:
+ Collaborates with care team members to reach population health management goals of improving patient access to care, reducing number of emergency visits,and decreasing readmissions.
