The Family Medicine team is uniquely trained to care for patients as a whole person, regardless of age or sex. The cornerstone of Family Medicine is an ongoing, personal relationship between caregivers and patients to achieve the best possible health outcomes. Caregivers and patients work together to achieve the best possible health outcomes.
**A caregiver in this position works Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 4:30pm. 1 evening per week until 8:00pm will be required and Saturday rotations will be required once per month. Hours may vary based on needs per facility.**
