Henry Ford Health System’s internal staffing department, designed to ensure there is sufficient staffing throughout our health system. The department is a proactive solution to unplanned or short-term staffing needs due to vacations, call-offs, leave of absences, increases in census or acuity.
Medical Assistants will float to various Henry Ford clinics to provide coverage. Minimum commitment is 2 days per week with opportunities to work up to a full time schedule. Must be flexible on location and clinic.
Hours are primarily Monday through Friday, 8 hour shifts.
Occasional weekend opportunities (optional) with pay differential.
Under direct supervision of the provider and nursing leadership, performs a variety of administrative and clinical tasks to assist in the quality and compassionate care provided to patients. These duties include the greeting and escorting of patients to the exam ...
