Medical Billing Virtual Assistant

This is a remote position. Virtual Rockstar is hiring a full-time Medical Billing Virtual Assistant on behalf of a growing sports physical therapy practice. This is primarily a billing role. The ideal candidate will own the full billing cycle claims management, denial follow-up, payment posting, and secondary/out-of-network insurance management and must come in ready to run, not learn from scratch. As a secondary function, this VA will serve as front desk backup when the clinic's admin is unavailable, covering phones, scheduling, and general admin tasks.
