General Description:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant healthcare collections or revenue cycle experience
- EPIC system experience
- Strong EOB interpretation and analysis skills
- Experience using payer portals (BCBS, UHC, Medicare, etc.)
- Background working for a hospital, healthcare provider, or health insurance organization
