Role Overview

I. Aesthetic consultation and planning

A. Conduct detailed consultation with each customer with concerns listing and prioritizing

B. Entering all the concerns in the “fi ndings” section of the software

C. Making a detailed treatment plan (package) for the customer that will offer a multi-pronged approach for treating customer concerns

D. Set realistic expectations, detail out the treatment journey for the cases and explain using videos or photos or other visual props

E. Encourage follow-up patient visits by building trust and motivation

F. Enter treatment plan in the “treatment plan section” of software

G. Explain the treatment plan to the patient counselor so that counselor can give price package to the customer

H. Prescribe appropriate products and home care routine for the patient
