Job Summary

Safe Harbour Society for Health and Housing is a community-based non‑profit organization in Red Deer, Alberta that serves individuals experiencing homelessness, addiction, mental health challenges, and housing instability.

The organization offers an integrated continuum of services including medical detox, recovery supports, housing programs, outreach, and stabilization services. It is the only White Bison Certified treatment centre in Canada and serves as a leader in integrated, recovery‑oriented care.

The Medical Detox Manager will lead the organization’s 20‑bed Medical Detox Unit, reporting to the Director of Operations. The role is responsible for operational, clinical, and quality oversight of medically supervised withdrawal management and stabilization services in a high‑acuity setting.
