MAIN REPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES
The Country Medical Director, Pfizer Biopharmaceutical Group will serve as the lead Medical colleague for the country, providing medical leadership & responsible for developing and executing the Country Medical Team's vision and strategy in alignment with the country LT.
The Country Medical Director, Pfizer Biopharmaceutical Group is the single point of accountability for medical in the country & works closely cross functionally to support the product portfolio.
He/she will report to the LATAM Regional Medical Lead and be part of the Regional Medical LT. He/she will be responsible for managing high performing country Medical organization & will ensure that country medical functions systems, processes & activities are fully aligned with local, regional and EM business priorities, strategies and needs, as well as, in compliance with corporate policies, SOPs & guidelines.
