The **Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)** will support the Department of Pathology and Ancillary Laboratory Services (DPALS) at Brook Army Medical Center (BAMC) at Joint Base San Antonio, located at Fort Sam Houston, Texas.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform a full range of high-complexity clinical laboratory tests (qualitative and quantitative) in any one or a combination of the following sections of the laboratory: hematology, chemistry, cytology, histotechnology, urinalysis, serology, microbiology and blood bank.
+ Ensure accurate specimen processing.
+ Efficiently receive, process, and prepare patient specimens for analysis, minimizing delays and preventing errors that could impact patient care.
+ Ensures timely and accurate testing.
+ Deliver reliable laboratory testing.
