Our client, a prominent consumer-focused international business, is looking to appoint a commercially driven EU Competition Lawyer to join its expanding legal function. Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to advise on a broad range of competition law matters across European markets.
• Advise on EU competition law issues, particularly abuse of dominance and horizontal and vertical agreements.
• Provide competition law support on M&A transactions, including risk assessment, merger control, and post‑deal integration.
• Design and roll out practical, commercially focused compliance programmes suited to a consumer-facing business.
